My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a construction contract consisting of new build extensions on schools, brickwork, roofing, etc. RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!! THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!! Site Manager Responsibilities: • Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager. • Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety • Keeping site diaries • Ammending and working to RAMS • Quality Assurance. • Managing subbies. • Providing progress reports • Managing materials and overseeing plant and operations.
